I know what it’s like to live in survival mode
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the high-pressure corporate world. I know exactly what it’s like to live in “survival mode”
-exhausted, overthinking, and unable to switch off.
At Hypno Space, I combine practical, evidence-based approaches with deeper restorative work to support both mind and body. Through CBT, hypnosis and Reiki, I help you create meaningful change from inside out.
Together, we focus on restoring emotional balance, building resilience, and helping you feel more connected to yourself again.
